Voor deze wereldwijde logistieke dienstverlener (regio Moeskroen), gespecialiseerd in transport, opslag en distributie van goederen, is NOWA HR opzoek naar een HR Business Partner met de focus op Soft HR die zich richt op de employee journey van de medewerker.
Jouw takenpakket omvat het volgende:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werving- en pre(selectie) met als doel de juiste werknemer voor de juiste plaats te vinden.
- Je zet een kritisch kijk op het werving- en selectieproces en stelt praktische verbeteringen voor om het rekruteringsproces te optimaliseren.
- Je staat in voor de onboarding van de nieuw medewerkers en neemt alle facetten van on- en offboarding onder de loep.
- Je bouwt een employer branding strategie uit en werkt hiervoor samen met de PR & communicatie afdeling.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk om de training en ontwikkeling van onze werknemers te optimaliseren.
Profiel:
- Je hebt een eerste stevige ervaring opgebouwd binnen Soft HR.
- Je bent goed in het stellen van prioriteiten en je hebt een proactieve mindset.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in het Frans, Nederlands als Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Je hebt ervaring met het managen van zowel interne als externe stakeholders
- Je vindt het fijn om on-site aanwezig te zijn.

- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion tant des intervenants internes qu’externes.
